Returns are not accepted on digital download items, this is due to the nature of this product.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have any issue with your order or would like to return or exchange your order, please email pindependentcrafts@gmail.com with your order number and any photos if they are applicable.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for 28 days after date of purchase, any exceptions to this are at the discretion of Pindependent Crafts. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and please keep proof of postage as Pindependent Crafts are not responsible for any losses or delays for returned items. Please keep in mind that any item returned for a full refund must be delivered unused and in the same condition as you received it. You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
